Hospice of the Upstate
In this video, Pam Melbourne, CEO of Hospice of the Upstate, explains the many benefits of using hospice care. She also gives viewers an understanding of hospice care and what options are given to the patients’ whether they reside at their own homes or in the hospice house. Each year Hospice of the upstate cares for over 1,000 patients. Also, viewers get to see the facilities of the Rainey Hospice House were there are 27 patient rooms that are equipped with up to 31 beds. These new facilities are equipped with a dining room, an inviting music room, a brightly furnished children’s room, a chapel, a pharmacy, and a reception area.
